Bookings

A booking is a request to hire a listed vehicle for selected dates. Confirmation depends on availability, successful payment where required, and valid driver documents. We may decline or cancel a booking if information is incomplete or the vehicle cannot be released safely.

Drivers

Documents

Drivers must present original identification and a valid driving licence at pickup. We may refuse handover if documents do not match the booking.

Use

Vehicles must be used lawfully, within Kenya unless agreed in writing, and returned on time in a clean, roadworthy condition. Smoking, unauthorised drivers, and off-road use without consent are not permitted.

Payments and deposits

Hire charges are due as shown at checkout. A refundable security deposit may be held and released after inspection, less any agreed damage, fuel, extra days, or traffic-related costs. Out-of-Nairobi trips may attract an additional rate displayed before you confirm.

Cancellations

Pending or confirmed bookings may be cancelled through the confirmation page or by contacting us. Refund timing depends on payment provider processing. No-shows and late returns may incur extra charges.

Liability

You are responsible for the vehicle during the hire period, including fines, damage beyond fair wear, and loss. Website content is provided to help you book; fleet availability and photos can change. These terms do not exclude liability that Kenyan law does not allow us to limit.
